Plyometric Training is the use of jumps, hops, and throws to train for power. We train our athletes to harness speed and force of movement to improve performance on the playing field.

We believe as soon as a kid can follow directions well, they can start developing sound movement patterns with light weight to begin strength training. A large part of strength training is mind, muscle connection -which means teaching your body to move optimally to reduce the risk of injury and gain strength.

We recommend incorporating speed and agility training 2 days a week to reach ideal performance and maintain gains.
Strength is what we all need to move efficiently as we age. It can mitigate injury and expedite recovery.
To cause real changes, we recommend 3 times per week with adequate rest and nutrition.
The key word with the term athletic development is “development”. Our program focuses on the progression of strength, speed, and power based on physical, emotional, and social development of the athlete.
