  • DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING FOR NON-ATHLETES?

    No. Our services are exclusively tailored for student athletes or athletes of any age.

  • HOW IS SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING DIFFERENT FROM PERSONAL TRAINING?

    The goal of personal training is to help people attain general health/fitness goals.  Sports performance applies strength and conditioning principles that improve athletic performance and decrease the risk of injury.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE WEIGHT LOSS SERVICES?

    No, we do not currently provide any weight loss services. Our focus is on athletic performance.

  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A CLUTCH SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM?

    We start each athlete with an assessment to see where they are from an athletic development standpoint. We go through any mobility/previous injury restrictions.  We identify the athlete’s goals, and we define a WHY.  We do tests to measure the athlete’s progress. Each program is tailored to each athlete.

  • ARE THE TRAINERS CERTIFIED?

    Yes, Bethany and Nathan have certifications in the field of strength and conditioning. In addition, we are dedicated to taking additional classes and continuing education to provide excellence in our field.
